Ordering was mostly fine, but the checkout part was kind of annoying. The page felt a little slow, and then I had to re-enter my shipping info once, which was super frustrating. Like, come on, I already typed all that in. Not sure if it was my browser acting up or the site itself, but either way it made the whole thing feel clunky. The payment did go through, and I got the confirmation email right away, so at least that part worked. I just wish the checkout process didn’t feel like it was making me work for it

I ordered from mavala-usa.com because I figured the nail products would feel a bit more premium for the price, but I was surprised at how small the bottles were. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “a little goes a long way,” which I get, but it still didn’t feel worth it to me compared to cheaper stuff I’ve used.
Maybe it’s great for other people, but for me the value just wasn’t there. Nothing about it felt special enough to justify the cost, and unless the prices come down quite a bit, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

With beauty products, I need to feel like the brand is reliable, you know? Clear info, decent support, just some basic confidence that they’ve got things handled. I didn’t really get that here, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve how they communicate and support customers.

I really do like Mavala products, so I feel like I’m not being unreasonable here, but shopping on their website gets frustrating. Almost every time I go to place an order, one of the nail colors or care items I actually want is out of stock.

I’d be fine waiting if there was a clear restock date, but most of the time there isn’t one. So I end up checking back a few times, then forgetting about it completely, which I’m sure other people must find annoying too, right?
The products are good when you can actually get them, but the availability is just not great. It makes the whole shopping experience feel more difficult than it should be.

I was disappointed with this. The shade I received looked nothing like the picture online, and even when I checked my order email and receipt to make sure I picked the right one, it was definitely the same item. The color was just way off in person. I wouldn’t buy it again

I was ready to try this, but I couldn’t find a shade that matched me at all. The options feel way too limited, and it’s disappointing.

That said, I expected a bigger difference for the price.
